Determine Eligibility
Businesses must certify that at least 50% of a product's ingredients, production, or processing is from or completed in Wisconsin. We encourage businesses of all sizes to apply for membership.
Pay Membership Fee
Members must pay an annual fee, which runs from July 1 to June 30 of the following year. The annual fee is based on annual sales and ranges from
$0 for non-profits to $200 for companies grossing $500,000 or more.
The sliding scale is available in the membership application. Pay with a credit card or electronic funds transfer after completing the online application.
