WIDMER'S CHEESE CELLARS |
Established in 1922, Widmer’s is a third generation cheese factory. In addition to Cheddar, Widmer’s produces two American originals, Brick and Colby. Both cheeses were invented in Wisconsin in the 1870’s. We also produce a Brick Cold Pack. The Widmer Family is famous for their Aged Cheddar. Widmer’s cheeses have won many awards locally and around the world.
