Minhas Brewery produces a variety of well-known beers and also Blumer's Soda. They include Huber beer, which has been brewed the same way for over a century. Huber is a clean-tasting, thirst-quenching beer, with a mild, malty aroma. It has a slightly mellow flavor, pleasant aftertaste, and is lightly hopped to go down smooth. It brought home a Bronze Medal in the 2002 World Beer Championships. Huber Bock has traditionally provided a creamy texture and rich flavor to beer lovers all over Wisconsin. It has a fine, malty body like the bocks of southern Germany, but is drier than the typical bocks of Bavaria. It was awarded the Silver Medal in the 2002 World Beer Championships. Mountain Creek is a craft brewed premium beer that delivers exactly what every lager loving beer drinker wants. Mountain Creek Classic Lager starts as pure, clean water from deep in the earth and finishes as a fresh, smooth, crisp lager brewed using the finest blend of sun ripened hops and premium malted barley. For many years, the Rhinelander Brewery in far northern Wisconsin brewed Rhinelander Beer. This traditional German lager was favored by the immigrant inhabitants of the area. In 1967, when the Rhinelander Brewery ceased production, Minhas Craft Brewery continued this fine brew to satisfy the substantial following this brand had built over the years. Rhinelander has a clean flavor and a pleasant malty aroma with a Rhine taste and brief finish.
