Joining Something Special from Wisconsin™ is as easy as 1-2-3.

The annual membership year goes from July 1st to June 30th of the following year. The annual fee is based upon a company's gross annual sales and ranges from $0 for non-profits to $200 for companies grossing $500,000 or above. The sliding scale is presented in the membership application.

1. Determine if your products are eligible.

Any business, no matter how big or how small, may participate in the SSfW program. You can apply to use the Something Special from Wisconsin™ logo if at least 50 percent of the value of your product or service is attributable to Wisconsin ingredients, production or processing activities. 2.  It's simple.

Apply for membership online at http://ssfwmembers.wi.gov.  Pay with a credit card or mail in a check after completing the online application. 

3. Or fill out a membership form.

Download it here.  It's only two pages long. Fax or snail mail it to Lois along with your membership fee. You will need a PDF reader to view the above pdf documents.
