We offer grass-fed finished Angus and Jersey beef-- steaks, roasts, ground beef, smoked summer sausage, and more; fresh and frozen by the piece or as package orders. Our steers are raised on pasture without antibiotics or added hormones, with care for our land and water of the driftless area of southwest Wisconsin.
