BAYFIELD HERITAGE TOURS |
Bayfield Heritage Tours, also known as Bayfield Ghost and History Walks, was founded in 2003 by Dr. Virigina Hirsch to preserve and communicate the history of Bayfield and the surrounding area. The tours have received numerous awards and recommendations including the 2005 GEMmy Aware from the Mid-West Travel Writers as a "gem" in the travel industry and the 2011 Lucy Beck Award from the Wisconsin Storytellers from outstanding contribution to the art of storytelling. We offer two different ghost walks, two different historic walking tours, a cemetery walk, and an architecture walk in Bayfield, Wisconsin, from June to Early October. In addition, we offer step-on guide services and customized presentations to clubs, groups, libraries, schools, banquets, etc.
