The Bayfield Apple Co. is a family farm apple & raspberry (largest crop in WI) orchard that features 11 jams, jellies, butter, plus apple mustard. Products are made at the orchard from fruit grown on the orchard & are distinguished by the use of apples to provide 100% of the pectin & a generous portion of apple fructose as sweeteners. We have many distributors covering 11 mid-western states.
